Read her words in the context of what they are meant in.... Ivy schools enjoy when a high school student only applies with ACT scores. This way they know immediately who can be dropped from the admissions list.

You can be insulting all you want. It does not change that I am effectively correct in everything I stated in regards to admissions to Ivy universities.
The bottom line factor is that race should not be a factor in university admissions. University admission departments are still very wrapped up in using race as a determining factor. Numerous lawsuits have been launched as various universities to address this and make admissions performance based. There are mixed results to these legal proceedings.
9% of incoming Harvard freshman submitted only the ACT. wtf does, "effectively correct" mean to you hill-folk?

Percent submitting ACT scores 35% (581 Students)
There is no reference to a 91% figure.
Note some international students are not required to take SAT or ACT for admission even though it is strongly suggested they take the SAT if possible.
Of course if a student did well on the ACT it is to their benefit to submit their ACT scores in addition to their SAT scores. Note for U.S. Students there is an additional requirement for two SAT subject tests.

85% submitted the SAT. 85% is less than 100%. 15% DID NOT submit the SAT... therefore, 15% of incoming freshman submitted something other than the SAT... perhaps a personal reference from the Pope.

So you provided no documents supporting your 91% / 9% figures despite claiming it was on page 8.
At the same time you ignore that many international students do not take the SAT or ACT for admission.
The top-schools in the East have traditionally been SAT schools. Most students taking the AP-tests are going to take the SAT. The majority probably take both and submit the SAT unless they performed in a higher decile in the ACT. Stating that you cannot get into Harvard with only the ACT is ridiculous. My niece got a 36 on her ACT with all-fives on her APs. She was accepted early to an Ivy prior to getting the Questbridge acceptance and prior to taking her SAT. I had no idea until texting her today. She gets her offer-letter this Wed.
Cali schools have traditionally been ACT, as with the Midwest. I didn't know any kids who were AP-test takers that did not take both boards. I did. Everyone that I knew took both.
