Yes indeed. Let me address brownegg though-- This thread is awful and you know it. I cam in to freshen it up a bit to see if debbie downer really does do the doob and if he does how does it affect his short strategy. These matters interest me as I have been tested in this regard and the results are so shocking I don't think the gov would want me releasing the results. Lets just say a lot of stoned out cats in Denver and LA with their fake maladies (bastards!) could be sitting down at the local goody shop and make some good dough on the side in the market. If they would just wake up.

That's where the coffee comes in it's a balance.

Speaking of balance I did go to the Dr today and got pretty much what I expected a whole lot of shrugging and not a lot of answers. I submitted to a blood test so possibly a clue lays there. I requested Lyme get thrown into the mix because I spend a lot of time in the woods but that's a long shot and one I decidedly don't want in my nervous system. Another idea is the neck area and this has some promise I've always cracked my neck in a sickening way and apparently in the neck is the only place a super important nerve can be crushed which would effect both hands and feat. I don't have neck pain but I've gotten a numb feeling back there a few times. Because of that next week I will be seeing a real life Neurologist.

Dow Jones thread SHORT CALL on daily chart continues unabated and unabashed

Man, even on the 60-min. look how nicely Dow respects the levels with such a perfect bounce off the 50% Fib.

Observe that the DEATH CROSS did not occur on 60-min. as the 50 was headed down toward the 200, but stopped just shy of it and then reversed north.

If you've noticed the bunching up of long-term m.a.s on 60-min., you know that a volatility move was in the cards.

If the 60-min. Macd crosses the 0-line northbound with some nice hard-on histogram bars, we might get a challenge of the recent July 13 top and onward to wave 5 as I wrote a few posts ago, stating that I was in doubt and as to whether the drop was a wave 4 or not. The rest of this week's action will likely clear this up nicely.

But the larger picture of my CALL is crystal clear!!! SHORT is the way to be

This deserves to be kept around for when you inevitably are banned or just slink off to a new nickname. Not only do you continuously spew gibberish, you do it while your position in the market weakens. I thank you, though. You are a good reminder of the fact that there is still plenty of edge out there.
 
Hey guys, all the talk about the economy, Obama, unemployment, etc., but now there's a whole new crack showing up. Actually this crack is an old one in that it fell off a cliff in 2008, but then recovered and everyone (HERD) called a new bullmarket. But this black-maned lion said, "No way, bull market, its just a bearmarket rally" ..... sorry I wasn't here at ET to confirm my call on this ......

if you don't know what it is, read up on it, its quite a valuable lesson in global demand for raw materials. I did a study a while back but now I've got no chart on this as the supplier went bust and I can't find the symbol, BDI on Yahoo Finance. So I'm chartless and that sucks.

I was able to get the symbol DRYS for DryShips, one of the BDI's components, so I can at least view this for the time being. It is crashing with mas crossing below the 200. But I need the real deal, the BDI.

when the Dow Jones daily chart 144 s.m.a. crosses below the 200 s.m.a., the bear cub known as FAT FINGER will be replaced by BEAR, its pappy - when this occurs (its aborning but ain't there yet and maybe it could get averted although very unlikely) that magnificent waterfall in zimbabwe will look like a teacup in comparison.

So 144x200 on daily Dow = waterfall decline in spades = Dinosaur Fat finger = sub-CALL
 
alongside the dinosaur Fat finger sub-call, I hope you guys are paying attention to the VIX as he sits atop the 78.6% retracement of the Fat Finger wave.

Vix, also perched atop the 200-day m.a., was seen whittling on a piece of wood. I got the feeling when he stops whittling, something's gonna happen.

Flush and concommittant with the 200 is the magnificent 144 s.m.a. about to generate a northbound cross. Note that its younger brother the 144 e.m.a already generated a cross on May 19, 2010.

When said cross occurs, BEAR's weaponry will be idolized and lionized as the only extant gravity-proof reverse waterfall gets underway.

Opinion is just that. You may be wrong & lose a chunk of capital, yet if you are correct & happen to be on the right side of the market you stand to make much more. The problem with analysis is that it represents 50% of a finished product. How you trade your analysis is what's important. As you may have correct analysis, but fail to trade it.

Don't hang the guy before the crime's been committed. Nobody can predict the future, just have an opinion & a trade plan. The rest it taken care of by other factors, which we can't influence.
