I have known for some time that you're a troll. Somehow I keep letting myself get dragged into worthless exchanges with you. I really do need to exercise more self-discipline.You're an absolute idiot who employs logic that doesn't even make sense. ---See what I did there?---
So before an arrest warrant is executed in a tactical manner, as was in this case, there is a briefing on the suspect where the officers review the suspects history to determine the possible threat the suspect poses.
As I said before, the issue here is not the shooting. Under our law, it is justified. That’s just a cold hard truth in America.
The failure was the judgment to execute the warrant on a known dangerous suspect while he was in the drivers seat of an operational car. The officer that gave the order to execute the warrant in that scenario should be fired. He should have known he was creating a dangerous situation for the arresting team, the community and the suspect.
Great pointWe don't want our cops being judge, jury, and executioner ... at least those of us who aren't racist and are civilized. Prior bad acts are irrelevant to the situation. They are for a Judge to consider.
The man was fleeing. Any idiot can see that.
His danger determines the approach. Not whether he should be shot if he flees, like an escaper from a super max prison.
I disagree ... in this case.
Maybe so, but my issue was him being shot while fleeing; and the police putting innocent lives unnecessarily at risk in doing so.
Additionally, did you read his 180 page rap sheet? How many of those charges have been adjudicated? How many are for violent crimes?
His arrest warrant was for drug crimes, not killing police. Not murder.
I'm absolutely not a troll and deal only with truth. You may want to look at the rest of your posting and there you will see actual trolling. I would suggest that you use the attached mirror----I have known for some time that you're a troll.

Fact: He was shot while fleeing; also putting citizens, and a school zone at unnecessary risk.
It wasn't about doing their sworn duty; it was about contempt of cop.
"...Arrests for contempt of cop may stem from a type of "occupational arrogance" when a police officer thinks his or her authority cannot or should not be challenged or questioned.[8] From such officers' perspective, contempt of cop may involve perceived or actual challenges to their authority, including a lack of deference (such as disobeying instructions,[9] or expressing interest in filing a complaint against the officer).[7] Fleeing from the police is sometimes considered a variant of contempt of cop.[10] Contempt of cop situations may be exacerbated if other officers witness the allegedly contemptuous behavior.[11] ..."
"... Racial aspects
The Seattle Post-Intelligencer conducted a study in 2008 that found that in the city of Seattle, "African-Americans were arrested for the sole crime of obstructing eight times as often as whites when population is taken into account."[12] In 2009 the New Jersey Attorney General also found a significant number of contempt of cop cases while investigating racial profiling by the New Jersey State Police, and concluded that "improper attitude and demeanor" of officers toward the public was a nationwide problem.[8] ..."
