Lol, I missed that piece of news :-(

I was looking at briefing and I didn't see it, stupid me. I thought I heard something on CNBC about GE . . .

4 fills, 2 wins 2 losses - one bad actor in the group,

-49 cents net after commissions. Ended a 7 game win streak. (did not trade yesterday.)

My exits sucked- I probably got a little flustered by the one stock that was misbehaving. Shoulda made a little.

Still a positive week, can't complain (too much:) )

Don thanks for posting the stocks. I had BMY on my list to short at opening at 40.81. However it was at the bottom of my list (which is growing) and I unfortunately left it out. That would of been a beautiful opening short because I would of rode that one down.

What I like to know is how you profited on TXN on the opening today. TXN opened down and continued to decline from the opening. Did you use bullets on TXN.

Shortee,

I thought the same thing but if you look close at the time and sale, TXN opened on the NYSE at 33.50 or so. Straight up from there. The first couple of prints were Nasdaq.

Regards

TXN opened at 33.50 (9:34:24), and I sold it at 33.77 (9:36:42).....?? Straight from my Redi....

Don,

Are you a little more reluctant to buy gap downs as opposed to shorting gap ups? Or do you give them equal weight? It would seem like there would be a lot more risk trading a gap down, (panic sellers want out and will keep hitting the bid on the way down once the stock opens).
