Tony, I know you're not that stupid so quit trolling me for a response. You're screwing up a shortened trading day here getting me sucked into this incongruous diatribe. Shame on me but whatever, I do enjoy completely obliterating you in this debate here.

No they're not ICBM's, they are what you put atop an ICBM. That's the whole point of an ICBM Tony. Its the most crucial and difficult part along with the guidance and re-entry challenges. Your logic here is like telling Verizon to stay on topic referencing the concrete footers of their cell-towers and they are talking about handheld 5G phones. Without the phone Tony... nobody cares about the tower. They figured out towers 50 years ago.

Bottom line... all this advanced technology was being developed while the prior administration from 2008-2016 seemingly turned a blind eye to it... despite repeated warnings from our allies like Japan and S. Korea.

Tony, from 2008 to 2016 technology advanced exponentially. The reason he was able to test ICBM's in 2017 was because of the work his scientists did in the decade prior to 2017. You don't get up one morning and say "build me an ICBM". This is not a hard concept to grasp. The technology was probably near perfection by the end of 2016, but thats because it had been in the works for years. I have provided adequate documentation with links in the preceding 2 pages of this thread that confirm this fact.
