ALL HYPOTHETICAL FLUFF

Yeah, how nice that MATD trade !
4 hypothetical handles , what are you gonna buy with that ? LOL

Tell your hypothetical Don to take away his hypothetical disclaimer if he wants to be taken seriously ...

" HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM.

ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL OF WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS."

I have never driven a hypothetical car , maybe Don can share with us how that feels LMAO

P.S. Comfut, very impressive post after 1 year of silence...looking forward to your next post somewhere around this time next year...

PureTruth: How is it you are so ignorant when it comes to the CFTC Disclaimer which is required by law in the NFA Manual/Rules? You will not find one Trading Educational Forum that does not address the issue of Hypothetical Results because they are required by law to put it in. Trading Futures is not the same as driving a car and your analogy is goofy at best. Please read the following so you will know what you are talking about next time.

And while I'm at it folks doesn't the name "PureTruth" have a lot of irony and duplicity in it? There is no such thing and yet this is what the guy calls himself. The issue of hypothetical performance results could actually be used in any educational pursuit, business, and even driving a car. There is no perfection and or guarantee in life, trading, school, etc. but I guess with the name of "PureTruth" there must be. Let me give you some more examples in case "PureTruth" still doubts the issue of putting in "hypothetical performance results".

I could go on and on but lets get to the real issue. I challenge
"PureTruth" to come up with any kind of a business or educational venture anywhere where results are guaranteed and its really not an issue of "hypothetical performance results".

Here are my results:

You have to be especially stupid or just outright gullible to pay money to any gurus. Sadly all such paying students are victims of their own wishful and naive hopes.

These gurus are scam artists who usually have neither professional nor corporate backgrounds in futures/stock markets and trading. None of them (with the exception of Larry Williams) have anything of value to offer and they have little or no credentials that stand up to thorough examination.

Nor can they call trades live, explicitly and clearly, to demonstate how successful profit accumulation can be made from their so-called systems or teachings.

Bottom line: stay away from them.

one simple question, did you not know the regulation part when you were repeatedly challenging Cramers of the world to post their detailed performance with audit rights?

Oh wait, I forgot you are Bob, not DM....nevermind then

Choose your poison Cheese! I imagine your a great trader who makes lots of money and never has worked with any kind of mentor. You know who these scam artists are (except for the Rev. Larry Williams) and we should take your advice. Would you please show us your statement from the beginning of the year so I can see what a great trader you are.

Shows your true character BF. Why don't you drop the n-word while you are at it. Don't leave out the derogatory slang for the Asians, Arabs and Jews. What does your master race call for doing with Don's diabetic daughter? I hope you are proud of yourself tonight. Very personal now BF!!

Ok Pokito--there are so many of you who think I'm Don so let's rock. Let's set up a ESCROW account and put some money in--$10,000 would be a low number but if you want to make a lot of money--say $100,000 lets go with that. Put up or shut up. It will be easy to figure out if I'm Don based on my ISP address--I've posted many times so let's get it on. Post it here on the website for all to see and then private message me and Pekelo and lets do it. I'll have my attorney or you can have your attorney set up the ESCROW account based on your accusation. Again, put up of shut up. Shit or get off the pot.
