Sounds like Trump is confused and doesn't know what is going on and has no plan other than to just stop immigration until he can understand it.
But then again, that is how many of the electorate also feel...so it resonates.
Lord knows nobody else running for office has come up with a plan.
I mean just go out on the street and ask the people, "Do you agree with Trump that we should ban muslims from entering USA until we can figure out what the heck is going on, or do you agree with Hillary that we should just keep doing it like we have always done it?"
Trump foreshadows and gently eases voters into ideas.
First, he presents a problem in a general, roundabout sort of way. Then he elucidates the problem. Goes into human interest stories, cites facts and statistics. Then declares something "must be done" about the problem. Then later, goes into specifics.
This whole process takes place over a few weeks. If you've watched Trump, this is his style. We're at the "something must be done phase" with Muslim immigration. And Trump has just started on specifics. In a week or two, he'll clarify more. Then clarify more after that. It's actually smart, because in being general, he can walk back ideas if they hurt him.
Anyway, all that to say, I'm pretty sure he has a plan. And that plan involves blocking Muslims from certain terror states and asking Muzzies about their religion outside the US before they come here.
Before I did research on this, I would say this is openly bigoted. But the numbers don't lie. Nearly half of all Muslims living in America and Europe prefer to reject the Constitution and install Sharia Law. Forget terrorism, this is more then enough grounds to reject Muslim immigration, in total. No other immigrant class/group/country foster such negative, unwavering views about our system of Government and traditional freedoms. It's not acceptable.
