Again a poor data feed does not equal bad execution, the two are completely separate. A delayed feed causes a delay in order submission. IF the delay is perceivable. 100ms or 200ms make zero difference for a screen trader. Unless you are a 15 year old game addict who sits with red eyes in front of the screen and tries to push the button as fast as possible. And who will burn out and have a mental breakdown a few days or weeks later.

delayed feed = poor execution
throttled data = poor execution
missing data = poor execution
data has everything to do with getting - you guessed it - poor execution
why because data feeds are how you make trading decisions - at least on my planet.
