Does anybody really want to throw out good young people brought here by no fault of their own?

I actually think that the Dreamers Act authored by Senator Tillis with bipartisan support will pass though Congress as the DACA replacement. Assuming Congress does not burden it with other items (such as Wall funding, etc.)

Upsurge in far-right googling "Populist" !!

No doubt it will sail through congress since it represents the democrats' ultimate wet dream, an amnesty, which will end up being three or four times as big as we are told, plus getting Trump to do a Bush 41 backstab on his core supporters. Of course the usual republican sellout/cucks will support. They have wanted a big amnesty all along and no wall.

Trump supporters are wild with anger all over twitter. If this deal goes through and he doesn't build a lot of wall, he can count on not even getting the nomination for 2020. I'm not even sure at this point if building the wall will be enough. He is giving dems what Obama could not, a legislated amnesty. That cannot go unpunished.

Trump supporters are slowly and painfully realizing they've been conned worse than Trump University students.

Trump for some reason is violating the first rule of politics, which is protect your base. He is pissing on his base in time-honored establishment republican fashion.

The one thing that might save this is Trump might be trying to play it both ways. He gets credit for "wanting" to pass Dream Act but he secretly knows hard liners in Senate will filibuster it. Dangerous game.
