Do you gun law people also believe we should ban cars?

Logically you <del>may be </del> are correct, but should you continue to push it you are going to lose politically.
Those damn facts really have a way of screwing up a political agenda don't they.

Democracy has a way of screwing up a fringe group's agenda, doesn't it?

I could not agree more! But how is that relevant?
Gun advocates may have all the facts on their side and still lose.

Best thing that could happen for them is for there to not be another massacre for a couple of years. That would be good for everyone, of course, but for them it would be extra helpful.

They're all good but this is the best one. Deterrence is the same principle we use militarily and in law enforcement, and it works. Why do people not understand it's the same all the way down to the individual level.

The sign the kid is holding for obama may be the best actually, it covers all the bases lol.

THIS is indicative of a much larger problem. Critical thinking in this country has become nearly non-existent IMHO. In any case there certainly seems to be less evidence of it lately.

It isn't even that, there are simply rules being broken by the govt which allowed for this in the first place. IF the fed govt were adhering to the rules laid out for them in the Constitution, we wouldn't be in this situation. The real problem, maybe the only problem this country has, is getting the govt to follow the fucking rules.

Who was it who said, "this campaign will not be dictated to by fact checkers"? ; )
