Now I find myself drink beer more often while I trade. It helps me feel relaxed and feel less fear.... Not sure if it can negatively affect my trading result. So far, I don't see meaningful impact yet.....

I wouldn't recommend it..... But how's your trading thus far? Keep a trading journal of your trades and profit and loss for the day (whether you drink or not) and I'm sure you'll have a better take if it helps you are not.
