Do liberals know the definition of Collusion?

Cute. The important thing to consider is that you couldn't do a single unweighted pistol squat let alone heavily weighted ones for reps.

I'm not really interested in doing ballerina exercises. Thanks for inquiring, though.

It still amazes me that you post continually about less being more in training, yet when asked if you were making any gains from this approach, you admit that you aren't and then claim that you have such a highly trained physique and are such a physical specimen that the normal types of training wouldn't work for someone like you and you'd have to be in the gym for all hours of the day. And this was even though the writer on the site you continually point to, clarence bass, trained for decades and promoted the less is more approach for himself.
It's almost as if someone must have a willing suspension of disbelief when reading your posts.
The fanciful, far-fetched, and implausible nature of the things you say leave one to question if there is really anything at all behind your posts other than a vivid imagination.

I have already made clear that I have been working out hard for ~40 years, with most of those years on much higher volume. If you think that a person can continue to make meaningful gains in terms of strength or size after that period of time, then you have revealed yourself for the fool that you are. What is most telling is that you felt the need to drag a topic from another forum into this one because you've got...nothing.

The latest scientific research supports brief, intense and infrequent workouts for optimal benefits. Just as with other sciences (i.e., evolution, climate change) and economics, you find yourself on the wrong side of every argument.

Your guru Bass worked out more years than you, was no doubt in much better shape than you, and yet promoted his types of less is more workouts, to achieve gains, for someone just like himself. In other words, for someone who is just like who you claim to be.

You claim to be just what Bass is, yet you admit it doesn't work for you. You admit No Gains.
Nobody said that gains weren't smaller after years of training. I didn't say it. Bass didn't. Nobody says it. But his articles are clear that some type of gains are to be expected by his approach. But you attempt to muddy the waters by changing it to 'meaningful gains', in an attempt to vindicate yourself by misleading about what everyone is talking about.

Everyone knows that after years of non steroid training, one must put further distance between workouts and do less working sets if one is to still promote strength increases. Everyone. Except you, apparently. In an attempt to deflect attention from the fact that your training doesn't work for you, you actually claim that you would have to do Much More volume and spend hours in the gym to achieve anything. It's a ludicrous claim that would only be accepted by a complete neophyte who had no clue. What is anyone to make of someone who would make such a claim? It's really rather pathetic.

WTF?!

Seek help, if only for the sake of going through the motions.

Of course there is no real answer when you've been busted.
I can't begin to respond to a post that both starts and ends in fantasy. You have perverted pretty much everything I posted in the exercise forum. Are you brain damaged?

As I noted elsewhere, be sure to let us know when you have completed your first-ever workout.

Look it up yourself, you're an embarrassment.

Embarrassment to folks like you? Good! As expected, you cannot present any example of this so called "spanking", or messages to the mod, etc.

Let me know when you can back up your statements with...well, anything.
