If indeed from the Rosenberg case,
The judge is impressing his personal misuse of legal language , just as
liberal judges and attorneys misuse legal language and law now. There was no treason as Russia and the US were not at war. Had there been treason, they would have been charged with it. Phoolish libs.

Jesus Christ, what is this? Mueller (a Republican) appointed by Trump's DOJ is investigating all this, why do liberals have to prove a negative which you have zero evidence for and Hillary/DNC are not even being investigated by Trump's DOJ for it. But liberals have to prove because you say so? LOL

They don't have to prove that at all.Prosecuting Hillary is not a requirement to prosecute Trump for wrongdoing.

You seem to be incapable of grasping the politics behind the situation, conservatives who were hopeful Hillary would be prosecuted learned the lesson in 2016, its not going to happen specifically because of politics.

Most thinking people were able to get a read off of the Comey situation, every rationalization Comey had for not charging Hillary, or anyone around her was based on politics. The exact same thing is going to happen the other way.

Politicians love sitting in the grey area, and this happens to be one of them, if you cant charge one side you cant charge the other.

But i digress, like i said lay down the bet, im more than willing to bet whatever you want that unless more info comes out than this, Trump will finish his entire 4 years.

You seem to be missing the point that Mueller doesn't give a shit about politics, he is an ex-marine who has prosecuted every kind of corruption, he doesn't give a shit what politicians love or their grey area.

You seem to forget all the shit that Comey said regarding the Hillary investigation, obviously they dont have to prove anything against Hillary, but they arent going to do it, unless they feel that the evidence and the situation is far beyond what she did, otherwise half the country is going to riot, because they will see it as a political witch hunt, just like Trump said, you cant let 1 go without the other, you may like to think its not going to happen that way, but anyone who was paying attention to Comey realises it is going to go down exactly like that.

I don't think Mueller or his all star squad of prosecutors care about republican voters reaction to their findings or recommendations.
