Do full-time forex traders exist or is it just make believe?

There are many platforms beyond MT4. It's popularty I think doesn't tell much about what profitable FX traders use. Doesn't have to be Reuters, just some normal broker with normal platform and fair playing field.

Advantages such as being able to look at a chart and having a good idea whats going to happen next due to the magical powers of make believe TA?
 
Surf, anybody that has been trading for a while sees immediately that MT4 (or 5 for that matter) totally sucks. Dukascopy doesn't use it either ... Yes, it's very popular and yes, there are a lot of morons out there ... we are 12 in our group and like cornix says: nobody uses that platform ... there must be a reason :)

Well, the last TA guy who promised a statement and a few live, before the fact calls never produced anything. This has been going on for years, TA claiming successes after successes but zero evidence provided--- what am i supposed to think?

FX dealers make money when you lose and these FX dealers heavily push TA as a trading method with free charts, educations,etc--- Prop shops do not teach TA as a primary trading method-- every wonder why this is?

Maybe you will break the TA losing streak when challenged. make a few specific TA based calls and post a statement. My contention is 95% of TA traders on elite don't even really trade. Its all make believe.

Great, I am happy to hear this. I have no idea about the other platforms, my data is just on the MT4. Good to see some traders are catching on.
