True, there's only weak evidence or zero evidence for the vast majority of supplements.
 
Des, you've done extensive study on CoQ10, what's with the argument made by Mercola and others that Ubiquitol absorbs more efficiently that Ubiquinone?

Call it whatever you want. But I feel better after taking certain supplements (particularly in the joints). If you want to claim this is a placebo effect, I don't honestly give a shit. I feel better.
 
I have my telomere test done yearly. My telomeric-age has remained stable at 38-40. I am a decade older than my telomeric-age.

Will you pls explain how telomere length influences longevity/lifespan? With your result what can you expect with these longer telomeres rather than "normal" for your age?

It's a hoax. Mercola says it's better in order to sell his rebranded product. The redox from -one to -ol is done at will. Sure, it's also done in the liver, but the redox is also done in cellmet. IOW, he's FOS. -ol is highly unstable. It's fine to take, but not worth the instability (absent cost difference).
