You can clearly see how death amounts for previous days are adjusted as more deaths relevant to those days are reported. I mean, this is like 5th grade math. Totally reasonable for the paper to say 46 deaths were reported and this matches the dashboard. Evidence of manipulation, my ass. If you've got a narrative to push, sure.

The question is WHY is the DeSantis administration waiting two weeks to add these deaths to the portal when the numbers are available today in the state's daily COVID report.
Let me answer that for you: Because the DeSantis administration wanted their portal to create the illusion that everything was good to support a re-open policy.
