We covered that already. Try to keep up. The classification for the president's use changes when he does it. But not for the underlings or bureaucracy - they are bound by the markings. Trump declassified lots of things that Wray and Garland have failed to declassify to the bureaucracy or the media as a way of preventing the truth about doj and the Obama administration's involvement in Russiagate from being exposed. Their failure to comply with his order does not mean they were not declassified for him when he did it.
I could say again that Garland can prove otherwise at trial but we both know that he is not going to trial with this mess. It was just a political theater raid.
“They” do in fact change the markings. I get you want to stick this argument a president can declassify in his “head movies” but you’re own your own with that. Absent some order or markings those documents are not considered declassified by anyone or any authority. You can run your little theory but you need some kind of proof.
