Attending an HBCU provides legacy students with educational support and a deep-rooted connection to Black culture that their parents experienced but through their own lens.

I'm not sure I agree that bigots speech should be compelled to serve against their beliefs (unless recipients of government benefits) but this ruling on a "hypothetical" scenario is fucking bonkers. Gonna open the gates to troll con lawsuits w/o requiring proof of damages.

Right on, hugely controversial, which is EXACTLY why the supreme Court has weighted in and had its final say. Case closed. Its done, over. Finally hard working Asian students get their fair chance again to get rewarded.

Asian kids get into Harvard and MIT at higher rates than many other races....hiw exactly were they not rewarded? Those schools reject 30-40k students a year. I guess they all should be able to sue..especially if Asian. Harvard should accept the lets say 10,000 Asians that apply even though their class size is maybe 3000. Makes sense amirite
