Democrat Voters: Please tell me why Trump wouldn't be a great President

Trump supporters only care about the racism; they want to hear about the wall and the ban on those muslims. The white race must be protected or else:

What is that, Detroit?

Because he wants to cut social security no he wants to leave it alone. He wants to raise taxes no he wants to cut taxes. He wants to build a great big beautiful wall, no not that big, it's "subject to negotiation". He wants to exclude all Muslims no he wants to exclude only some. He wants to deport all illegal immigrants with a massive roundup no he wants to deport some "subject to negotiation". He thinks wages are too high, no he thinks wages are too low. He accepts bad relations with our allies and accepts applause from our enemies. There's no drought in California. He's worth over $10 billion and that's why he should be president... oops! Romney should have released his tax reports months ago but his are none of your business. He's got to hit everyone who slights him in the least "ten times harder" than they hit him. He gave millions to our vets and that's why you should vote for him, no, he was going to give millions to our vets, just hand him a pen, hurry. He did not pose as a PR man named John Miller, no he did pose as a PR man named John Miller (and John Barron). Trump University was legit, check the video from Trump University proving it.

Yes, very good,plus...

He wants to stop global warming - studies or participation in any worldwide accord to battle global warming. One of mankind's biggest problems.

And he will always be thinking about doing his daughter. He did say he would date her if it wasn't for that incest thing.

To put it simply, he is a yuge asshole.

Most of Ricters criticism is unfair.

It's been said many times, the president isn't a dictator. That's exactly why trump doesn't offer ironclad guarantees. Everything is subject to negotiation to get it passed. This isn't a corporate shill candidate like Hillary, Obama or GW who can ram through unanimous legislation on the backs of their lemmings in congress. Trump is antithetical to everyone in the house and senate so rightfully expects big opposition to his agenda. Do the math. He's a pragmatist. A realist. A doer. Not a blabber.

Also consider that any candidate or president has to negotiate with their party and the other side for support depending on the initiative. This is nothing new. Obama has done it hundreds of times. Why is the left pretending like Donald trump is the first guy to negotiate policy? Because they're playing politics and or extremely stupid

No, the problem is that he doesn't know shit about anything outside of tRump-world, which is a disgusting classless place.

All you're saying here is that where formerly you were fired up by Trump's unequivocal positions you are now ok with his equivocating. And keep in mind we're not merely talking about equivocating, in many cases Trump is making complete reversals. In short, you're just as indoctrinated as anyone on the left.

What about the President not being a dictator don't you understand? Every President has had to deviate somewhat from their platform to get shit passed. Unless they controlled both the House and Senate with lemmings. Obama negotiated. Hillary will negotiate her platform, if elected. GW negotiated.

This is far from rocket science.

why would it even matter what trump or any other politician says? Obama lied about everything,as does hilary so what is real issue?

Sorry, I should have said "partisan" instead of "indoctrinated".

So you're right in principle, but not in practice, not for Trump. For one thing, what is his platform? He reverses some of his proposals 180 deg. And for another, I said equivocating, but that is much too generous, the problem is that he says X today and tomorrow he flat out denies he said X.

Yes, you're right. He does do that. He'll say X then deny he ever said it. But that's all for political jockying. And he admits as much. I would add there's a huge difference between a white lie and a serious lie. Trump is not lying or intentionally deceiving us on the major issues. The minor shit, like name calling, he said/she said bs, yes, he lies. He also smears opponents with facts, albeit unfairly, just to win. Like with Carson, Chris Christie and Rand Paul. He threw bombs at those guys, all factual, just to win. Once he won and they endorsed him, Trump totally changed his tune and returned their admiration and praise.

See what he's doing here? He's building a coalition. Works the same way on the right and left. Throw bombs and move to the extreme to appeal and solidify the base. Then soften the tone and move to the center, to appeal the independents and swing voters. Trump knows he can't get anything done if he makes an enemy out of everyone. He's maintaining those bridges for political expediency. To get shit done. That's what he's doing. Now, maybe other people read it as the con job of a lifetime. Like he was really just a fake phoney POS all along, and loves big Government.

That can't be true. Look at his past. He's given scores of interviews over the past 3 decades. His stance on immigration, trade, the economy and the national debt are identical to what they were 3 decades ago. I wouldn't expect the MSM to ever report that fact, but it's true.

Trump is a Patriot. We can trust him.

As for his platform, it's readily available to any person who wishes to read it on his campaign website. I have. I've also watched most of his speeches and interviews. His platform was always clear, straight-forward, fairly detailed, and logical.

I'm familiar with MSM coverage on Trump. The Liberal media love to repeat the meme 'Trump has no policy details'. There is zero basis in truth for that statement. It's political posturing. Left cover for Hillary.

As for his policy:

1) Build a wall
2) Deport illegals (triple the ICE budget)
3) Major immigration reform (only the best and brightest, not parasites)
4) Muslim Ban with exemptions for foreign dignitaries, business leaders etc.
5) 35% tariffs against third-world producers (China, Mexico, Vietnam etc) and currency manipulators (China and Japan).
6) Wipe out ISIS and commandeer their oil fields, indefinitely. Use proceeds to compensate veterans and subsidize the cost of US involvement in the Middle East.
7) Major tax cuts across the board
8) Major regulatory cuts
9) Substantial increase in the Defense budget (this concerns me)
10) Drill baby, Drill. Plans to open up the continental United States for all kinds of energy development. Coal, oil, Keystone XL. Everything. It's all on the table. You're an oil and gas guy, if I'm not mistaken. This is huge news for you. He announced this when he gave a victory speech the night he clinched enough delegates to seal the nomination. Watched it last night. This is a new policy. He said America has incredible energy resources that have gone untapped due to extremely onerous regulations. He plans to kill those regs and "totally open up" the domestic market to create jobs, drive down energy costs, and use the additional revenue to pay down the National Debt. That's how he's selling it.

Those are the broad strokes. Notice, much of those proposals are legislative and require approval from the House and Senate to go through. This is why he says everythings up for negotiation. Similarly to Hillary, Bernie or any other person. All their proposals are negotiable even if they don't say it. Bernie can't ram through single-payer healthcare and "free" education no more then Trump can 'order' tariffs against China and Japan. Those require an act of Congress, and hence.........negotiation. However, perhaps he will use Executive Orders. I don't know.

I know your fears, Ricter. I share them. All Republicans do. I would say there's much less then a 5% chance Donald has set us up for the screw job of a lifetime. If that's the case, then he'll go down in history along with Judas Iscariot and Benedict Arnold. IF that happens, we throw his bitch ass out, tar and feather that douche bag, and put somebody else in.

As it stands right now, Trump is our only shot at ending globalization and our disastrous immigration policies. I support him 1000000%.

LOL. You're not supposed to look under the hood silly. Just buy and drive. It'll all work out.;) Of course, we must apply this same criteria to the Hillary supporter. Don't look too closely at any of these candidates still standing, otherwise:vomit:
