Chicago has draconian gun laws and is flooded with uncontrolled guns from out of state.

The fact that you can get a gun, shoot someone, throw the gun in a river and get another gun all in the same day is the problem.

There are no underground gun manufacturer facilities, all guns start out as legal. The goal should be to keep them that way.

In this country probably more or less accurate. Not true elsewhere however. It's not that hard to make a functioning weapon.
