"Democracy" for sale, Russians welcome!

GOP had full control of the Congress at various times in the past 30 years and did nothing about it so the GOP has the same dickless problem dumbass.

If GOP cared so much they could have changed the birth Tourism issue real easy as I suggested.

That is why Congress on both sides will not fox it...stop blaming Dems for shit GOP never had any intention of fixing either.

How do you reckon the GOP could've amended the Constitution?

Congress can deem that those born here under a violation of a visa overstay are not entitled to birth right citizenship just like Congress passed laws taking away other rights for breaking the law.

Easy

But then a lawsuit is entered & ends up at SCOTUS. I suppose this 5-4 court would likely give it to you however.

True but that would take so many years and there is precedent for denying rights to those who violate a law. A convicted violent felon can be stripped of 2d amendment rights. 1st amendment rights to speech are not absolute.

14th A citizenship can be modified to say you cannot take advantage of the right via illegal means.

Could have been done but to say Dems dont want it when GOP had the power to is a falsehood.

Party of law and order they said...

Senate votes to overturn Trump administration donor disclosure rule for ‘dark money’ groups

The Senate on Wednesday voted 50-49 to overturn a Trump administration policy that allows politically active nonprofits to withhold from the government the identities of their donors, underscoring a growing unease among Democrats over the influence of wealthy donors and foreign actors in U.S. elections.

The rule is unlikely to survive the GOP-led House, which is vote on the resolution before the end of the year, or it must receive the support of President Trump, whose Treasury Department enacted the rule earlier this year.
