He may not go willingly but he and others need to be asking themselves why and how he can survive a two thirds vote. Maybe he can, for reasons that are not apparent to me right now. Just sayin. It is not all up to him in the end.

I get that some republicans might want him to stay rather than have the governor put someone in who will have a head start on winning in the next election. Not sure that works for the pubs though. They dont have a lot to help them explain to constituents why this scumbag should not be removed.

Article I, section 5 of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."
 
Most Dems are calling Menendez a piece of shit and wants him to resign and go to jail.When a republican is a criminal the party defends them,calls the justice system 2 tierd,FBI corrupt etc.Currently they are aggressively defending a piece of shit serial rapist Russel Brand.

The FBI raided in 2/22 found the money
Menendez stayed on as committee chair for the last year.....wasn't that a risk
Why did they wait over a year to announce this....Was this information keep for ammunition for when complaints about 2 tier system came since then when the DOJ slammed Trump

They will say it was an ongoing investigation, but it was a security risk for him to be on the committee...Did they brief the leaders of congress about this traitor

You gotta be nuts to think he does not also have foreign payments in offshore banks, and he can be in Cuba in heartbeat. I know I have said this before, but jeeezus.

I don't know the answers to those questions.I know since the news came out Dems are not defending him and are telling him to get his corrupt ass out of that Senate seat.
