Of course", by definition that means that the answer do your obvious question "he couldn't have possibly suffered racism?" is that, of course he could have suffered it. The entire Democratic party is. Would you like some examples of where they say things like "The United States is a Racist Country" or other blanket statements from prominent Democrat officials? I would be happy to provide.

Democrats are the party of the KKK. Lots of historical proof that Democrats fought tooth and nail to deny blacks the right to own guns, they right to vote, among other rights. Add to that, Democrat Senator Robert Byrd was a KKK klansman who was in fact, elected into office by the Democrats? He was also, the idol of Hillary Clinton who called blacks Super Predators. The Congressional Black Caucus who love to call President Donald Trump and other Republicans racist, had no reaction, much less a tiny whimper. President Abraham Lincoln who blacks hold in high regard was a Republican.
