Why do you need this done the way you described? You already have her name. You can easily obtain her Florida Bar Association number. Sending you suggestions of how you are willing to proceed to her office fax requires NOTHING of you. No giving up of your anonymity. No risk. You can send the fax from a Kinkos or a library. Even if you have a fax in your home, I am very sure there would be no way for anyone to know where it originated. The chances of your phone numbers NOT being unlisted are less than zero.

So no Max. If you want to withdraw your offer, then just withdraw it. Don't make a game out of it. This isn't the Paris Peace talks. Do it or don't. You said you would, now you are going to weasel out? Like dinner in Boca becomes dinner in France?

Max, I admit that in this episode it was MY carelessness that let the situation develop.

Do I think FPC is potentially dangerous? Truth is, I don't know what to think. This alleged "person" talks a big tough game, tells everyone about "his" steroid enhanced blah, blah, blah. But even if "he" were the Incredible Hulk himself (and the chance of "him" being an 80 pound old lady is about equal to what "he" claims to be), FasterPsychoCat still couldn't be much of a threat to anyone when he/she/it is drunk/stoned/stupid/insane all waking hours.

And besides, I am very far from defenseless.

Bottom line is my wife has already filed a police report and also filed papers for a restraining order with the PB County Court pertaining to "Persons Un-named" using the IP addresses of you and of FPC. If you want, I will send you a copy when the filing is complete.

I am sure it's overkill, but again, better safe than sorry.

Don't be absurd. Of course she doesn't have the IP addresses. The court, not my wife, will get them if necessary by subpoena. Easy enough if circumstances warrant. Screen names are sufficient. If you want something posted, I will be happy to scan the order when it is completed by the court. Be a day or so. It is not "high priority" with any judge. And as you know, my wife is not a courthouse lawyer. So she doesn't get to the front of the line. But rest assured, the papers are filed, and they will be processed.

BTW, you REALLY must be proud of having FPC in your corner.
