RE). No, Max, you had to research the issue. No one GAVE you the information. YOU DID RESEARCH AND SOUGHT IT OUT! This is not compulsive behavior?

As to an earlier post from someone else. You always throw down challenges to everyone, right? Well how about taking one for yourself: Have you EVER contributed to ET one single word about trading? Have you EVER had anything positive to say about anyone or anything? Please give examples. You have so much time to research the posts of others, surely you have some time to do the same on yourself. Do you deny that you derive all of your pleasure from putting down others? Do you deny being a misanthrope?

Finally, Yes, Max, I accept your offer of submitting your identity to me. No reason to involve any police agency. My wife will be more than happy to use the information to make herself comfortable. And as you pointed out, as an officer of the court, she cannot disseminate the information without cause. I will send you her Fax number tomorrow by PM. Please make sure to include a photocopy of your driver's license like you said you would.

So yes, I am making this post with her blessing.

I said I'd give it to a police agency or your wife, in that she is an officer of the court and duty bound to certain restrictions. So why don't you set forth your concerns in writing, so she will have some kind of guideline to make you comfortable with in her binding agreement? As I said, I will PM you her office fax number, and you can make good on your promise. Then, if her agreement does not conform to your wishes, you will have every right to NOT agree. So why waste time with having her write an agreement without some input from you? And as far as me being barred from access, I am not the one that is in the least concerned with you. This is to alleviate her concerns and fears. I have less than no interest in who you are. I already know what you are, and that's more than adequate to satisfy any curiosity on my behalf, my FINE FEATHERED friend (where did you dig that one up? She's an attorney, have her draft an agreement which we (her and I) will negotiate; she knows the parameters of what she will or will not do. Get it on her letterhead with her bar number and let me know when you have it. I'll PM you an email address where you can send me the scanned image.
