6:03 Stretch and get of bed

6:04 Turn on pc's

6:05 Stop in restroom

6:07 Put up coffee

6:08 Open chart, trade platform,etc.

6:15 Done labling pre-open waves (S&P)

6:16 - 6:29 Get coffee, chat online

6:29 set my breakout stops if appropriate

6:30 to 9:00 trade

9:00 - 9:25 Break, exercise, cereal

9:30 - 12:45 (sonetime 1:12) trade

1:00 Thank God for another great and profitable day (88% of the time) or just thank God for a great learning opportunity. Then say a little prayer for those who contributed to me that day

1:10 - Whenever PLAY & ENJOY

5:50 wake up, make coffee
6:00 turn on Mark Haines, check clearing reports from previous day
6:10-6:40 go over charts for opg stocks, check for dividends
6:40-7:10 read news for opg stocks and make notes for what else might be in play
7:24 send opg orders, mute cnbc, turn on squawk box
7:30-8:00 trade opening orders
8:00-2:00 scalp, work on spreadsheets, manage orders on dozens of open swing trade positions
2:00-3:00 write in trading journal, record stats
3:00-5:30 workout (usually cycling)
10:00 bed time
