Daily (Morning) Routine - Hopefully everyone would participate

That's the advantage of being in the UK and trading the US. You get all morning to get the housework and stuff done while the children are at school, and plenty of time to find out what's happened overnight, eat lunch, chat with friends, shopping (especially shopping - ooooooh - I love shopping! :D), and still be on time for the open at 2.30p.m. UK time properly prepared after having had a rest from the morning excitement. :)

Turn on computers
Drink first beer
Take nap
Drink 2nd beer... after that, it's a little foggy
 
My schedule -

-Get up 4:00am
-Dress
-drive 70 min to SF
-read WS Jrnl on BART
-arrive at office
-check emails and set levels, touch base w/ other office traders
make office announcement on any earnings or reports due for that day
-make money :D

7am get up and do some stretching, etc.
7:15am Take walk/run with dog and kid
8:15am Feed self and kid
8:45am Fire-up all my PC's (watch momentary brownout:D )
9:00am Log in to our morning call, scan news for pertinant info, check e-mail and voice mail
9:15am Fire-up Opening Orders Program, check for news on my opening stocks
9:27am Submit my OPG orders
9:28am Refresh coffee
9:30am Handle OPG orders
9:40am Start looking for intraday opportunities using my FirstAlert and RediPlus filters

etc., etc., etc.
