1. exits polls were clearly wrong and strongly slanted. at 8 pm... everyone of the networks were acting like it Hillary was the sure winner. You can be sure that more hillary voters walked up to the exist poll tables than trump voters. Or there was a strong stealth Trump vote.


2. I have seen many surveys of the country and the democrats typically have a very clear majority of least educated voters.

In fact the reason CA schools are considered so bad is because of the scores put up by the L.A. Unified school district. I am not trying to put hispanic people down with this statement... but when english is not your first language or the language you speak in your home... you are far less likely to become highly educated.

Census data does not capture if a respondent is a registered Republican or Democrat, nor does it capture who they voted for in an election --- Voting Surveys, such as exit polls, must be used to capture this type of information.

How does exit poll data tell you if the bottom 10% of the population based on income, is democrat or republican (or a constituent of)?

I have seen polls where the democrats lead in the high school or less is even higher than 10 percent.

The Democrats’ edge is narrower among those with college degrees or some post-graduate experience (49%-42%), and those with less education (47%-39%). Across all educational categories, women are more likely than men to affiliate with the Democratic Party or lean Democratic. The Democrats’ advantage is 35 points (64%-29%) among women with post-graduate degrees, but only eight points (50%-42%) among post-grad men.

Which is why I knew the exit poll was not representative of the real breakdown.

as far as the differences in the good categories.... I am quite sure the conservatives have a large stealth vote. You either tout the PC line or refuse to answer. You see what happens to people at google who think for themselves.

You ever ever get polled over the phone.

As a conservative if I did not work for myself I would never answer those questions.


I also noticed I only get called once every 10 years or so. Where I know some democrats who tell me they get called quite often.

Youre more likely to get called if you are a regular voter. You’ll notice during election time there are two types of polls, registered voters and likely voters. Likely voter polls are more reliable. I get called by my congressman’s polling pretty often year round, his polling called a while ago about the tax bill.

The survey you cited is skewed because there are more registered democrats than republicans and they were looking at raw numbers. This is why democrats have a statistical advantage in every educational level in the survey. It isn’t reflective of voters, it’s reflective of party affiliation.

I can vouch for that being a regular (likely) voter is more likely to get you included in telephone polls -- especially if you take part in local-only elections in off years, and vote in both primary & general elections. I get called much more for polls often than my neighbors who only vote in major general elections. Mainly from in-state polling firms such as PPP & Elon who are more interesting in state & local level elections than federal elections. If I have time I give them my responses -- the questions include education level, income level, party affiliation, etc. as part of the survey. Normally takes 10 to 15 minutes.
