Dude, if you insert a foreign substance into the body and then get a violent reaction 6 hours later, the doctors have the balls to tell you it is not an allergic reaction!?
What would have happened if in those 6 hours, instead of a base-ball swelling in your armpit, it was in the middle of your throat, and it was closing off your trachea to the point you could not breathe? Would they dismiss the thing while you are gasping for air and send you on your way, as you get blue in the face, or would they give you a dose of Narcan?
Fucking doctors. Assholes, all of them.

Reminder when I first talked about this some years back...
I was hospitalized while on vacation in
another country (France) when I collapsed into a coma after walking into a hospital for a medical checkup because of a burning fever. In the coma, they discovered it was sepsis pneumonia and I had to be moved to an infectious disease ward...apparently, everybody looked like astronauts in space suits.
One of the medical treatments for sepsis pneumonia caused an allergic reaction that caused my heart to stop twice.
My siblings (two ICU Doctors and emergency room Nurse), ex-spouse, mother and two elders flew in from the U.S. to care for my kids and had me medivac out of the country back to Canada...two months later and out of the coma is when I was given the FLU vaccine while still having a lot of medicine in my body.
- I was obviously still having some sort's allergic reaction or a reaction with an existing medicine in my body. Three different hospitals in two different countries...difficult to pin down who screwed up and how.
My family stayed almost the entire duration...most of which I was in a coma including staying with me another month out of the coma while still hospitalized. They question every Doctor, every treatment, and every tests.
I remember a few arguments they had with the Doctors. One evening they went to a restaurant with my children to bring some normalcy back to their life...
- That was when I was given the FLU vaccine. They were furious because they were not consulted first. Had they been consulted, they would have recommended that I wait a few months out of the hospital prior to having a FLU vaccination.
Months after that ordeal, no longer in the hospital and going through rehab...I had the Prevnar vaccination. No problems...nothing...not even a sore arm. In fact, I would have the FLU vaccine and Prevnar vaccine
again in the fall of 2019...no problems...barely a sore arm at the jab location on my arm.
Regardless of the hospital's error years earlier...
they still saved my life in a situation that I should
not have survived the sepsis pneumonia, life support, and coma. Every day I'm grateful for that.
- Covid 2020 hit my three countries (France, United States, and Canada) and the world. I followed the health guidelines mainly because of the fear of being hospitalized again. No way would I put my children through that again because of being careless (not masking, no social distancing).
After all that, there was something in my medical treatments (not in reference to the FLU vaccine) that identified an ingredient in which I would later learn from my Doctors here in Québec, Canada. They did not want me to take the AstraZeneca
or J&J vaccines.
Instead, they recommended the Moderna
or Pfizer vaccine. I'm now fully vaccinated with Moderna with the rest of my family while my oldest teenager is vaccinated with Pfizer. I think he did that because of his girlfriend (she was vaccinated with Pfizer).
- Lucky in my unluck (French saying). Had I not went thru that ordeal (sepsis pneumonia) years prior to the Covid Pandemic and now vaccination...I may have never known I was allergic to AstraZeneca / J&J.
Next thing to do, get our
vaccination passports so that I can get back to traveling when the Delta Variant is better controlled and a lot of the weeds (Covid misinformation quacks) have been weeded out of society because their misinformation delayed people reacting properly when Covid first arrived...
- Thousands and thousands died because of that misinformation when governments made a health crisis a political knife fight.
Now they're doing it again with the vaccinations in which people are
not doing proper risk assessments for their location that they reside.
