Update (1430ET): Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is announcing new restrictions requiring restaurants and bars must close at 2200. The order carries "the full force of the law and it will be enforced."

Update (1420ET): Ohio Gov Mike DeWine has announced plans to impose a 2200 curfew across Ohio that will begin Thursday and last for at least 21 days. The curfew will last from 2200 to 0500 starting on Thursday.

I guess covid is only contagious after 10pm and before 5am

I spend an awful lot of my life in hospices, if I were blind to suffering that would be pretty weird. Ok the tea and biscuits are good (if I buy them), recently discovered moringa tea which is incredible stuff and of course there are the theological discussions...

You wanted countries to impliment in a way the could not do successfully at the time . It's that simple simp, everyone wanted to protect the vulnerable etc. this but they knew what they were working with.
