COVID-19

1.You caught it so its debatable it did its job, especially after multiple jabs

2.You used prescription drugs,us natural immunitiers are getting by without prescription drugs

huh, interesting how you had faith in immunizations at some point. What happened to you Tony?...

Thats why I would suggest getting the vaccine for those who haven't already had it,I would.Once the reinfection numbers start growing than we will have a better idea of how long immunity is after having it imo than I will get the vax.So far reinfection cases are minuscule.

1.This is in the context of the vax vs someone who already had covid, which I thought I made clear with point #2 and the immunity gif

2.I have stated the jab is beneficial for preventing serious illness or death from covid. I have never changed my position that the jab is beneficial for preventing serious illness or death from covid.Feel free to look it up

thanks, it's over now, little bit of phlegm, I'll likely finish the 5 days of paxlovid just to avoid another mutation from this guy. Immunization did its job #TrustTheScience

Debatable it did its job in preventing you from getting covid, which is what a vaccine is supposed to do.Which is why I cleary said"you caught it"

I'm not arguing that it might not have prevented serious illness or your death

That's not the issue...

The issue is that he took a prescription drug on the recommendation of an anonymous ET member instead of seeing his own personal Doctor. Regardless, everything worked out for him and he now has "super immunity" for a while at least until the end of the year just like Joe Biden/Jill Biden now have after their breakthrough infection. :D

Yet, going forward...I would be a little concerned about other health related issues that may arise in relationship to his Covid infection recovery.

uh...no it's not

why would you assume I meant preventing disease instead of providing immunity if I'm saying I caught it and the shot did its job?

If you want show inconsistency or change of position than find where I said the vaccine is not beneficial in preventing serious illness or death or that I don't recommend the vaccine for someone who never had covid

Thats why I would suggest getting the vaccine for those who haven't already had it,I would.Once the reinfection numbers start growing than we will have a better idea of how long immunity is after having it imo than I will get the vax.So far reinfection cases are minuscule.

Ive said not getting a bad case of covid is probably the best thing about the vaccine.I know a number of people who are vaccinated who got covid, none of them had to go to the hospital or died. I know a few people who got covid before the vaccine,a few had to be hospitalized and 2 died.

I dont know of any NFL or NBA (the sports I watch) who had to retire from covid.Thats not what I'm arguing, nor am I arguing the vaccine is worthless.I'm arguing that immunity from a prior case of covid is better than the vaccine.

Personally I think the vaccine is around 70-80% effective in preventing getting covid and around 90-95 % effective in preventing a bad case of covid or death from covid.

Saying that it is debatable how effective the vax is in preventing covid infection is not a contradiction of saying the vaccine is good at preventing serious illness or death as they are 2 different things

Its debatable a vaccine did its main job if you caught the virus you were vaccinated against. The main purpose of a vaccine is to prevent you from catching the virus you were vaccinated for.

the main purpose of immunization is to provide immunity. It's even in the name
