Florida does share the data exactly - they have daily reports available in PDF format which are over 1000 pages long providing detailed data - http://ww11.doh.state.fl.us/comm/_partners/action/report_archive/state/state_reports_20200621.pdf Just change the date field at the end of the url to go to a different date.
Florida also provides the information in spreadsheet format for some tables. (Link provided earlier).
Everyone just needs to be aware that the Florida COVID-19 state portal dashboard ran by the Governor's appointees is deliberately misaligned with the daily data reports. The only explanation for the problems with the Florida state portal dashboard is that they are pushing deliberately delayed and incorrect data to drive the governor's re-open agenda.
