Seriously, this is tragic. But it goes to show you that no-one is totally prepared for disaster. You can pre-plan, stockpile etc. but when the SHTF even the best prepared will suffer.

Italy has a modern medical system, they’re not some third world impoverished country. People need to lighten up on the US’s response and start looking at ways we can come together to get this past us.
