Is this a 2 - 5 year trade journal because that's the 2nd time I've seen you use the words long-term performance ?

Simply, can you take a good guess at the minimum duration of this trade journal will be for you to begin thinking its "long-term".

I can't see the future of course, but so far I plan to update it as long as I publicly trade and there are no legal or business reasons to stop.

I will then assume this is a trade journal that will last a few years before its conclusion unless some unforeseen legal or business reason occurs.

I categorize such as a business reason assuming you're trading for living (its your primary source of income).

True. That's not my sole income source (I am psychologist as well), but the most important without any doubts.
