They may be from Fascist sources like major dailies in heavily populated metropolitan areas and urban centers, so they may be unreliable/compromised. Unlike your mainstream underground sources who sleep in different bunks and basements every night to evade capture by our evil Fascist government.

Also, I never said it was happening on a daily basis. The whole point is that our LE officers should be as well armed as the criminals they face on a daily basis.
