In the post you just quoted me on, I pointed out that in the police report, the officer explains that he made attempts to taze the trucker, but his tazer wouldn't work.

Had he tazed him, you and Lucy would still be saying that was bullshit too.

What besides a tazer, is a cop to use? Should he have brought out the baton?

If the officer would have began the arrest with solid well placed pistol slap, that may have simplified the entire ordeal. It would have probably saved the guy from a lot of other injuries too.

But no, cops can't pistol whip like they used to in the old days.

Now-a-days these cops can't do much without getting a brutality charge against them.

Have you ever tried to wrestle someone with genuine tard strength, Maxi?

If so, please share your expertise, so we can learn something from it.

I'm really curious, What would you have done in this same situation?

Mace, perhaps. But tazers render any human being completely harmless. It's pure pain and a locking of all muscles into immobilization. Tard or not.

These videos are inconclusive. In the first one, the instructor clearly calls out that a good contact had not been made in the first charge of the third individual. Both prongs have to make solid contact for the tazer to work, which is why cops try to go for soft tissue and soft clothing areas if possible.

In the second, just because the guy was able to walk with two people supporting him does not mean he would be able to fight.

Last point, two tazers does not result in 100,000 volts. It is still 50,000.

Is a tazer fool proof? Of course not. It's just one more non-lethal tool at the policeman's disposal.

NEWS FLASH: Cops have been known to fabricate charges and yes believe it or not falsify police reports. I don't know for a fact that happened this time.
But all this happening over a ticket AND this scrawny "tard" supposedly having super man strength? Seriously?

He's just crying because he got beat up while resisting, and wants some serious cash for the <s>drama</s> trauma he suffered.

This is a good question, which I'm sure many others have been asking yourselves as well.

Pain has been used for many centuries, millennia in fact, as a key instrument for commanding obedience from others.

As you can imagine, there are many other places on the body besides the skull and orbital bone which can be exploited for pain compliance.

But as I've stated already, these techniques do not always work, and can often backfire when trying to apply them against tard-strength.

That's correct.
It's generally not something an officer should ever want or have to do.

However, it hasn't been determined that these officers threw punches either.

They claim (take that at face value) that they had to use their bodies to bring down and pin the trucker to the ground.

I imagine it was a hard knee cap which came down on the trucker's face and head, breaking his eye socket.

Those things are a lot more fragile than most people would imagine. Luckily, most people just sign the ticket and will probably never have something like a knee cap come down on their face or neck.

I think you need to understand the injuries that can result from both macing and tasering.

Individuals will often suffer broken bones and teeth by falling face first onto concrete, or against sidewalk curbs, car bumpers. etc.

Just watch the way this guy falls when tasered.

Is this really how you want officers to subdue non-compliant individuals?

Often a few punches will cause much less injury to the so-called victim.
