Conway Tells Chuck Todd "We Are Going To Have To Rethink Our Relationship With The Press"

Why do you think she choose that outfit?
She cracked Todd's nuts.

You see, we're going to War with these Sons of Bitches on every level.

The Media are the gatekeepers of public opinion in America.

Take them out, and it's wide open.

The Objective in our War against the Liberal Liar Media is to:

1) minimize their importance (cut off and reduce access)
2) destroy the credibility of each prime time anchor with their own words
3) then destroy the networks credibility (guilt by association).

I think Trump's election demonstrated that has largely happened. Of course, he should keep the pressure on them, hit them where it hurts, eg deny access.

The real problem now is the celebrity/moron culture. Millennials rely more on celebrity news than they do the networks or newspapers. They take their cues from celeb's twitter feeds.

The obvious answer is to levy crushing taxes on Hollywood, the music industry, newspapers and the networks. Hollywood will bitch and man and threaten to take its jobs overseas. That's sort of the idea, so that would be a feature, not a flaw, of the plan.

Which is more important, care for our disabled vets or Hollywood billionaires?

Think you guys are going a tad overboard.

I will agree that Trump has the right to exclude/include whomever he wants in his briefing, for example. But going to war with the press, or actively levying taxes upon one industry or another, and using government power to bring these people to their figurative knees is NOT the job of government or the President. You're wrong there.

Disagree completely. Why should the press be allowed to slander and libel people with no consequence?

Agreed
A little bit too much like 1933 Reich Press Law.
1)Journalism to be racially cleansed.
2)Liberal editors and journalists to be removed.
3)Remaining editors to possess German citizenship and expected to fully praise the Fuhrer.

Free press always, no matter how much one disagrees with it.

slander and libel?...file suit.

If it's slander, there are legal avenues that can be pursued. But no President should be able to use the power of the government to silence someone or some industry that is critical of him/her. To invite that is to invite disaster.
