I don't disagree with these numbers sure they are decent but where are the real players in the daytrading community?

Ever profession has them so where are the 20m plus guys in the Daytrading arena?

We have them with Options traders and Position Traders that last 10 plus years.

Random you know what I never really said I couldn't ONLY that I said I wasn't consistent YET but to tell you the truth in 2.5 years I've had some good stretches 3-4 months at a time and lately the last 5.

Remember I hold myself to a high standard do to my 17 year history with Options selling and 80% win ratio so I think I'm the hardest on myself.

Idiot you can't scalp your way to 20 mil a year. You can't even intraday swing it. It's not the market to do so. You would have to take tremendous risk and put all your eggs in one basket, go for homeruns, use heavy capital & leverage. Talking about serious risk of blowing out while aiming for the fences. That is what gamblers do.
Why don't you read some Soros and his thoughts on speculating before you start asking about where his equals are. Do you even realize how much Soros risked on the 1992 trade against the Bank of England?

But guess what. I personally know 2 guys that used to make 50-150k A DAY during 1999-2000. That is where they topped out it of course. So count it up. These guys are still around, one of them can still run up 5k-10k a day, he runs his own group and is heavily involved with other ventures. The other is semi-retired and is happy with just 300 bucks a day althought I have seen him make 6k on under 10k shares. All he really cares about is his wife and son, he does not want or need the stress. Both of them are very laid back, very cool and you would never even know how much money they actually have until you really got to know them. And neither would even care to respond to any of your idiotic rants, they would just smile and laugh it off as nonsense.

Mike asked someone to show him proof that it couldn't be done I asked for proof that it could with specific parallels and watermarks set by others in the trading arena!

This is a legitimate question that would remove ALL doubt.

Why on earth would a profitable trader post irrefutable proof as you want? What does he gain from this? Why would he want the attention? Are you saying he's not profitable until you say so? ROFL!

There are a number of guys on this thread who claim to meet the criteria. Read their old posts. It's not hard to separate the true winners from the poseurs. Based on what I've read of them, I tend to believe most of them.

You either believe it can be done or it can't. If you don't believe it, why are you here?

The thread is about consistently profitable daytraders. That could be someone making $50K/year or $100K/year. Who said anything about $20 million? Money isn't the key to happiness. Hey, if you don't have a mortgage, no car payments, no credit card debt then who needs a lot of money? Freedom to do what you want, when you want to is a lot more importanat (to me) than trying to maximize my trading income.

Samson.....maxim #1 .....profits in the market take time. Soros didn't break the bank in a day trade....it was a trade that took time to develop. maxim#2....the more capital you have to trade with....the more money you can make. Give me 200 million to work with...and I will hit the 20mm mark. maxim#3.....day trading is not completely scaleable....at some point...your size impacts the market., this ultimately affects how much one can make on a given day.

Why daytrade....well daytrading serves two purposes....it provides a steady source of revenue(and for me, one that is greater than I could earn elsewhere working a normal job), and it provides the financing I need to hang onto and fund my portfolio positions. (buying me time to get a greater return on my capital).

I can name at least 5 traders who make consistent money day trading stocks....and it seems that most of them have already been mentioned on this thread....what more proof do you need?
