I agree with Ms.Pelosi, we are strengthened by due process. Wake me when we see due process applied to the Moore allegations. Seems like due process is abandoned when an election is only 30 days out. Apparently it is then okay for mob rule and trial by media.

Moore case is different. 9 independent women accused him, and did you hear him on Hanity? He could have simply said, all lies, never dated teens .... instead he said, it is not in my character to do such things, thus refusing to deny flat out. All this put together makes me believe he is a sick person who has no place in senate.
All of that is most likely true and for the people of Alabama to decide.
Even if it is all true, ie. 100% true, the Senate has no authority whatsoever to refuse to seat him and no authority whatsoever to refer him to the Ethics Committee, and no authority whatsoever to expel him.

Wait, what? If you say "It is not in my character to do such things", then that is a denial. I'm not supporting Moore for anything here, but don't be silly and say that this statement isn't a denial.

They keep saying all these girls with similar stories. Not true.
Only two of them allege sex crimes. The one with the phony yearbook sig that is supposed to be proof, but is written in two different colors, and the one that has a very checkered history of bankruptcies, misdemeanors and other assorted things.
The other girls consist of Moore asking them out when he was thirty and they were in high school of legal age. Some may not like that, but then I don't like men dressing up as women running for office either.
Throwing them all together and claiming a bunch of girls with similar stories is misrepresenting the facts to make it sound like it's legit.
