That is the answer to trading at work really. If you exit via bracket orders residing with your broker or the exchange, positions are on autopilot... if you use a timeframe that only requires checking for an entry infrequently, can be done at lunch, breaktime, bathroom breaks, etc, you might be able to focus on work enough to do it.. Trying to focus on two things at once is actually impossible, nobody should try that.

So I have an update. I tried to work out a deal with my boss on taking off for 2 hours to trade and not getting paid. She said she needs everyone to work their full shifts. But will think about it.

It sounds like you're looking to get shit-canned. Just an opinion. I can't imagine anyone asking for unpaid daily time who's not looking for an unemployment check.

I think it was a fair request. There are already some people who are allow to take times off for personal reason. It looks like the primary reason for the ban is some of the "leaders" don't want me trading.
