You are claiming we have poorer care based on nothing but wait times for surgeries. This is a known condition, but so are American bankruptcies linked directly to medical bills and overall uninsured numbers in your system ( which I suppose Obamacare tried to address ).

Opinions don't really matter, reality matters. You pay for what you perceive is better quality, and the American health care sector makes sure you think you are getting some value. I have never had an issue getting health care for me, my immediate family, or my extended family. None of us have suffered significant wait times for anything or paid any large overages on our care. None of us have needed care out of country.
