No, communism is an economic form, oligarchy is a political form. A group could vote (democracy, political) to share the products of their labor freely with each other (communism, economic). The Yamagishi movement is an example of this. I am not advocating the Yamagishi movement, however.

I'm saying that whenever people vote to steal from any other people, their economic idealistic expectations will be usurped with political authoritarianism by any name. Oligarchy fits that foot....just look at China and it's rich upper class of party members.
