Comey the Clown: Lock him up!!

"During an interview with Fox News Tuesday morning, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley confirmed that the memos do in fact contain classified information and that he expects to received them in the coming days. "

Where does he confirm the TITLE of the story? He only said that the memos contained classified info, he hasn't even seen them so where and how does he know that those shared with the media are classified?

This is BLATANT fake news, these fake news outlets are expoliting the fact that they know conservatives won't look up basic facts.
Wrong again, snowflake aka hermit.

Just quote when Grassley said Comey memos leaked to media contained classified information. You guys just lie so shamelessly and peddle any fake news that helps with the treacherous narrative.

You are the liar, hermit.

Actually he does have the authority to decide whether his memo is classified!!! You'd be surprised at how widely that authority is distributed.

The chief use of classification is not what you think, i.e., to protect vital State Secrets. Rather it is to protect confidential private information, to cover-up, to prevent public criticism, prevent embarrassment and indelicate situations in diplomacy, and to prevent interference in your mission by limiting the number of people that have enough access to figure out what you are doing. This doesn't mean the purpose of classification is to cover-up deceit and wrong doing, or mistakes, though it is sometimes used for that, but on the other hand protecting Vital State Secrets is way down on the list of practical reasons classification is used. Every year, there is a staggering number of classified documents, emails, and what not produced by government departments, agencies and sponsored entities, and probably only a small fraction really needs to be classified. The problem is it is easy to get a document or communication classified, but it takes a committee, or worse, to get it unclassified.
It is interesting how our laws seem to depend on who is breaking them, when and what the person in question knew or didn't know.
Hillary had no idea she was supposed to keep classified documents secrets, after 25 years in high government positions. Comey, Lynch, Obama and the entire leftist establishment bought it, and the media sold it to the masses.
Now the FBI director, Comey, is writing memos to himself, while meeting with Trump,(curiously never did this while meeting with Obama), and declares they are his property simply because he was working at the time.
Is there really some manual that lays out how a government worker must handle confidential government work? The handling of our government secrets seem to be that last thing anyone in charge of anything cares about.
The objective seems to be smearing, or destroying someone they don't agree with. And the higher up the internal pecking order, the less chance of being held responsible for breaking the laws as written.
So I have some simple questions. Just how high up does one have to be before the laws no longer apply? Can any of us mere mortals claim the same defense of no intent, no crime? If I go out and get hammered tonight and kill a few people while driving drunk, can I just say, I didn't intend to hurt anyone? How about the construction site safety coordinator inspecting some scaffolding. Go on up boys, it's safe, only to have the scaffold collapse and kill the workers. Can he just plea that he didn't intend for any harm to be done? Prison cells are filled with people wanting to know if this no intent, no crime Clinton/Comey standard applies to them.

Trump jr said last night that he certainly never intended to break any laws. So what's all this about?

And piezoes accusation that Trump laundered money for the russians in his real estate dealings?
We can clear this all up in about ten minutes. Just call Trump to testify and ask him if he intended to break any money laundering laws. That should satisfy everyone including the prosecutors. I know I'll be satisfied that justice was done. If he says he intended to launder money, then I say throw him in jail. But if he says he didn't, we need to drop this whole thing right now and I'm sure peizoe agrees on this.
