They can ask for a refund and they will get it. Go read the vendor agreement so you can give an accurate opinion instead of just an "opinion".

A friend of mine offered a system on collective2 and got MANY chargebacks, and his was a profitable system. People would sign up, take the signals, and then cancel and demand a refund.

the information i posted is factual and i have proof. i.e. the money back is offered upon case-by-case analysis. in many cases if not all, C2 agrees to return the money to avoid litigation. they are crossing several lines with the service and last thing they want is disgruntled customers yelling about it in courts.
the website is in business for 8 years mostly because of poor wannabes keep paying the listing fee to fulfill their outlandish dreams.
and C2 has been for most of its existence a one-man show. a guy that has good programming skills, that's it. it has ben a cash cow for him, thats for sure, considering the amount of wannabes like yourself that think will attain public recognition through it.

So I was kind of incorrect, they can and will refund for ANY reason. I said not for underperformance.
My buddy says he earned $7,800, net of C2 fees, over 2.2 years of running his system. Certainly not worth the aggravation. His system was in the top 5 for the entire period to give you an idea of the potential, if any.
C2 was hacked and CC info was obtained. Oh boy.
which system? "Top 5" is a very subjective concept. It depends on the system metrics, which markets, etc.
Frankly, almost all systems there are not worth anything - starry eyed paper traders who think their 6 month worthless backtest will generate $50,000 in subscription fees
Your system would definitely fall into the "worthless" category.
