The difference here is one's a comedian and the other's running for the highest office in the land. I really don't understand this PC culture where people get offended over what comedians say. Happened when Daniel Tosh joked about rape, happened when Louis CK joked about pedophilia, happens all the time.

Yeah i cant stand the people who get offended by standupcomics, the whole point about comedy is to make jokes about stereotypes, or patterns of behaviour that everyone understands.

I cant even imagine the shitstorm that would have came down on Dave Chapelle if Chapelle show was released in 2017, and its probably one of the funniest series of all time.

Saying Colbert's comment that the President of the United States uses his mouth as a cock holder for Putin is "nowhere as vulgar" as Trump saying "grab 'em by the pussy" shows a clear cut example of biased and partisan opinion.. If you would just equally condemn and be a bit more fair once in a while, you'd have a lot more credibility around here.

I don't see a problem with being offended by what a standup comedian might say, as comedy can be weaponized, and used as a mask for deep hatred, or some other intention to brainwash a stupid audience. How stupid do some of these "comedians" think we are? That's what's so offensive.

Bill Cosby thought we were really stupid, and still does. Snoop Dog thinks we are stupid. So when Snoop Dog roasted Donald Trump a few years ago, along with several other unfunny "comedians", i didn't think it was funny, and wanted to push a reset button when comedians really knew how to roast, back when Dean Martin, and friends, were roasting each other, especially Don Rickles.

There's a big difference between a Colbert, and a Don Rickles. Colbert really HATES Trump. Rickles could manage to insult anybody, without actually hating them, or coming off as hating them.

It's this hatred that get's people like Colbert in hot water, as they manage to insult large swaths of huge demographics, just to get a zinger into one man.

It's low-brow brow-beating. Neanderthal. Brainwashing. Weaponized stupidity.

It's offensive to be given such a graphic image of something you know isn't true.

Step back and ask yourself, what exactly has Trump done to engender this level of manic hatred? He wanted our existing immigration laws enforced, he didn't want to let in hordes of muslims claiming bogus refugee status, he wanted trade deals renegotiated to benefit us and he was skeptical of starting WW III with Russia.

That's pretty much it. A few women claimed he hit on them in singles bars in Manhattan in the 1980's. He made a private remark that as a celeb, women would allow him to grab their genitals.

Somehow this makes him the most hideous man ever to run for public office in the US and unfit to breathe much less be president. Liberal icon FDR schemed to get us into WW II, threw japanese-americans into concentration camps and threw americans who protested his war into jail on bogus sedition charges. Republican icon Abe Lincoln suspended habeas corpus, which was dictatorial at best, and was guilty of a panoply of war crimes, including authorizing a genocidal war on defenseless southern civilian women and children. There are monuments to both these monsters in DC.

There is no real discussion among the left of actual issues. It is all ad hominem hyperbole, orchestrated by the media to rile up the democrats' low IQ voter base and to frighten normal people from supporting Trump or his policies.

Staying in compliance means not building nuclear weapons,as the treaty specifically forbids Iran from building nuclear weapons.This treaty makes it better for The US if Iran builds nuclear weapons as Iran not only signed a treaty with The US not to build nuclear weapons but with the United Kingdom, Russia, France, China and Germany as well.
