On the basis of absolutely nothing, I have a hunch that it will turn out that the "dossier" will be the basis of absolutely nothing.The Mueller investigation is going to depend heavily on the findings of the U.s. intelligence community, the findings of the various U.s Attorneys, and tax filings. I don't think that dossier will matter one iota.
Well, let's agree that an iota is rather small, eh. To say that it will not matter an iota is to say that mannaforte and Flynn will never be prosecuted because if they are, it is a given that allegations and circumstances that were presented for a warrant to surveille them will be examined fully. Otherwise, I did not say they are the only ones or potential targets that will be looked at, there are bigger targets for sure. But that does not push mannaforte or Flynn off the radar screen. Hopefully anyway, I want to see them indicted so that their attorneys can use their subpoena power and power of cross examination to go after some bigger targets who I have in mine.

Just sayin. Might be an analogy there. The dems are having troubles getting it up these days and are beginning to think it might be nice if all this legal stuff and investigations just went away. It all sounded good when the thought it was a good shot at impeachment, but now it looks like all their scandals and the curse of Hillary will follow them into the midterms.

Actually, it is even bigger and more complex than I want to get into through posts. Mixed in with the issues that I already mentioned, is - and we were talking about Flynn and mannaforte- the issue of whether an American citizen was improperly surveilled through a fisa warrant when the law required them to seek a normal Article 3 court warrant once the person became a target themself rather than just a collateral intercept from surveillance of a foreigner. You can call it "nonsense" but it is the type of nonsense that often takes a few million dollars and several years in the appellate courts to deal with.
