a. if the question was how much of our co2 levels is caused by man... the answer would be little or none... as our co2 levels have followed our ocean temp levels and if man had an input it would be a very small percentage... maybe 3%. (this is peer reviewed and I have presented the links.)

b. if the question is do the volcanoes warm the oceans... that quotes does not seem to address that issue. And that is also a complex issue that needs much more research.

here is one opinion that suggests upwelling of heat from a volcano off Costa Rica triggers a La Nina.
