Actually it sold off 1.40 points in 11 minutes and then bounced back to 101 and now higher. Notice it checked up a few ticks below S1 and then rebounded.

As I mentioned this morning, all of the breaking news, one way or the other, does make this hard to trade with longer term price targets either up or down.

What about Gaddafi? He really has no other choice. If he doesn't accept this offer, the only alternative is being bombed by Nato and possibly be killed. His best bet at the moment is to strike a deal where he can leave the country with his dignity intact.
