Wasn't that beautiful? I was thinking of you the whole time. I had placed a sell stop @ 85.95 for reasons we can all appreciate. Whatever I may have said about CL earlier, I take it all back. :D
 
there have been some rumblings out of europe, started last week (nite weakness in Euro) even in face of rally.....................portugal, ireland, spain, greece........then bulls ran everything up as much as they could and boom reversal.......................the moves in silver in just 5 minutes were insane..............then after that more insanity........i was this close to switching out of crude and going short silver at 29.2something.....and said maybe i better wait til 30..........but yes the dollar strengthening wasn`t in anybody`s playbook......see what api says
 
yep huge draws across the board, but they were so bad last week that i expect good draws in products with maybe a 2mil draw in crude...they have 8 mill....but it could be as refiners finally draw on more oil to ramp up refinery utilization for the products replacement cycle.....if this would have come out and crude and commodities hadn`t pulled back......we would have had 88.50 overnight run.......the run might be tempered by overnight selling in asia europe and astronger dollar, plus apii was off on their crude draw by 8 mil barrels last week...............frankly i wish they would just go out of business................we have the government numbers....same thing with the jobs data.......enough already................what are their 3 other private jobs numbers before the government`s numbers....but its all about $$$$$ and people think they can getan edge... i wanted to stay short this, but cannot with those numbers if it is close to api..............that will be one hard report to short......just stay nuetral and look for a nice setup tomorrow.

I couldn't agree more! Gov't seems to hate speculators but the system makes us be traders.

... and so do those midwest country girls. I took a ride on the tractor with soybeans past two days myself. she's only available from 10:30am thru 2:15pm and all business, no playing games. rest of the time I have free to myself, do whatever I darn well please

now that's a relationship I can see going the distance... might be rings and altars in our future together :)

Being a vegetarian with lots experience with beans, I believe your future will involve a great deal of natural gas. Careful I've heard it's a volatile contract :p

Please be advised that the report on oil inventories today will be released at <b>11:00 EST (i.e. half an hour later than usual)</b>, due to the NG inventories being published at 16:30 EST, due in turn to tomorrow being Veterans' day (congrats and a big thank you to any veterans on the boards).
