trades = 19
during the day I was down around -350 , also initially I let my 400 evaporate into 130.
I was burnt around 11:09 to 11:26 trying to catch the bottom with small stops ( thats why more trades ) , but later did well around noon and 2:00 pm
I am thinking during morning hours just take +200 on every profitable trade and push the greed later in the day, atleast I will be sitting on SIM $$ during lunch.
I make some rules based on current market conditions and next day turns out to be different

There was an auction of 10-year Treasuries [Edit: at 1:00 EST] (tomorrow 30-year bond at the same time):

It went well --> still no expectations of high inflation --> bad for gold/good for dollar. Still Treasuries making new lows for the day at the same time than everything else --> Looks more like a weak-hands stop-run caused by jittery profit-taking.
